Use Cases

Shipper Customer QBRs "In a Box"

Setting up your Dashboard

Easily configure QBRs for all of your Shipper Customers to automate reporting

  1. Navigate to Analytics → Dashboards

  2. Select the Folder in top Right Corner

  3. Select Shared > Broker > Broker QBR

  4. Copy the folder into your personal folder to make adjustments

  5. Edit Dashboards to make changes and edit filters to select default values

  6. Select your customer(s) you want and Save

Scheduling Delivery

Schedule delivery to your Shipper Customers on a regular cadence

  1. Select the three dots in the top right of your dashboard > Schedule Delivery

  2. Configure all applicable settings including -

    • Name your Dashboard Report

    • Set the cadence, date and time of delivery

    • Enter all email recipients

  3. Set all applicable filters to ensure you are filtering the dashboard to the appropriate Shipper Customer

Look Up & Review Customer Performance

  1. Navigate to your ISO Scorecard

  2. Filter for the time frame and Customer you want to see Data for

  3. See all of your high level KPIs and performance metrics

  4. Navigate to the Carrier, Lane, Consignees, Facilities tabs to dive into performance & find areas to improve or promote!

  5. Customize your table to move KPIs around and make the data actionable and easy to read!
