The Overview page is your default landing page. Clicking on this tab will bring you back to the Overview page.

This tab will take you to the Exceptions page, where you can review all triggered exceptions*

*note: All exceptions currently trigger as resolved with the appropriate Reason Code. While carriers will have visibility in to triggered exceptions they will not be able to see any Reason Code placed on the exception

Selecting the Scorecard tab will navigate you to the KPI overview scorecard by default. This tab is designed to provide you with an understanding of how your entire transportation network has performed over the past week against your KPIs. For more information on navigating your Scorecard please view the Scorecard Knowledge base articles

You’ll see two options in the dropdown - Dashboard and Explore Clicking “Dashboard” will take you to your primary dashboard. For more information on Analytics please view the Analytics Knowledge Base articles

Use the search bar to locate your individual carrier scorecards by searching for the carrier name, SCAC, or MC#. (You can also access a specific carrier scorecard from the “Carrier” list view in “Network Settings”.) Search can also be used to search for shipments, orders, or facilities.

Clicking on your Name and Company in the upper right corner will allow you to access Settings and Support, as well as Sign Out of ISO.*
