All ISO exceptions follow the same lifecycle, starting with them being shared with your organization by your shipper, and ending with the exception getting resolved. This section will guide you through what types of exceptions you can expect to find under each status.
Tab Descriptions
New
The shipper has shared the exception but nobody at your organization has worked on it yet. All exceptions in this tab must be actioned by you or your team.

Carrier Review
You or someone at your organization has actioned the exception in some way (e.g., assigned a reason code, attached a document) and sent it to your shipper. Your shipper has challenged the exception and sent it back to you for additional review or information. All exceptions in this tab must be actioned by you or your team.
Shipper Review
Your team has reviewed and challenged the exception by sharing new information with the shipper. You are waiting for the shipper to accept or reject your challenge.
Assigned
A member of your organization has assigned exceptions specifically to you for review.
Resolved
You and the shipper have agreed on a reason for the exception and no further action needs to be taken. Either you have accepted the exception or the shipper has accepted your challenge. You can navigate here to see all the exceptions your organization has ever received.
