You can take three different actions from the exceptions page: Assign, Accept, and Challenge.
Assign
This action allows you to assign exception(s) to someone on your team who will own managing or challenging that exception.
Accept
This action confirms that you are accepting fault for the given issue. Your metrics will remain unchanged.
Challenge
This action indicates that you do not agree with the exception reason code. You will be prompted to provide additional information / documentation, which will then be sent to the shipper for review. If the shipper accepts your challenge, your metrics will change.
Tip! Use the check boxes on the left side of the Exceptions Table to select and take action on multiple exceptions at once*. You can also use the top box to select (or unselect all visible exceptions).
*Note, bulk challenging is only available when all selected exceptions have the same exception type
