Key Features and Benefits

  1. Direct Sharing from ISO Scorecard View:

    • ISO Brokers can seamlessly share their performance scorecards with Shipper Customers right from the ISO Scorecard view.

    • This is a "share once, give access indefinitely" workflow. Your shipper contacts will be able to access their scorecard at their leisure until you decide to remove them.

    • This feature is designed to streamline communication and provide Shipper Customers with clear, quantifiable performance metrics.

  2. Selective Sharing with Non-ISO Users:

    • Performance information can be selectively shared with Shipper Customers, even if they are not existing ISO users, allowing you to offer a better scorecarding service than they have encountered on their own.

  3. Enhanced Industry Relationships:

    • Build trust and demonstrate your commitment to transparency and accountability with customers.

    • Proactively sharing data-driven performance trends, strengths and opportunities for growth with existing customers is an uncommon service for shippers.

  4. Potential to Win Additional Volume:

    • Demonstrate a differentiated approach to service measurement over your competitors and the incumbents.

    • Bring scorecards proactively to the table for shippers that do not provide them on their own.

    • Sharing performance scorecards can showcase a Broker’s reliability and efficiency, as well as provide data to prove where your are over performing for them.

How to Share Customer Scorecards

  1. Navigate to your ISO Scorecard View and select 'Invite'

  2. Within the modal pop enter the names, emails and Organizations (Customer) of the individual you would like to invite to view their Scorecard. (all individuals already invited are displayed on the bottom of the modal)

  3. Once all individuals have been added select 'Send Invites'

  4. Invited individuals will receive an email informing them that you have shared their scorecard

How to Revoke Customer Scorecard Access

At this time revoking Customer Scorecard access after invitation must be handled by ISO. Please reach out to [email protected] or directly within our in-app chat with the following information requesting access be removed

  • Name

  • Email

  • Organization

Customer Scorecard View

What Customers Will Have Access To

When a Broker invites a Shipper Customer to view their ISO Scorecard they will have the following access and permissions

  • Invited Shipper Customers will have permission to invite additional team members to view the shared Scorecard

  • Invited Shipper Customers will be able to view the KPI, Lanes and Facilities tabs of the ISO Scorecard along with all KPIs excluding Booking and Financials related KPIs

  • Invited Shipper Customers will have access all Scorecard filters excluding Carrier and Consignee

What Customers Will Not Have Access To

  • Invited Shipper Customers will not be able to view individual Exceptions

  • Invited Shipper Customers will not be able to view Booking related KPIs

  • Invited Shipper Customers will not be able to view Financial related KPIs

  • Invited Shipper Customers will not be able to view Carrier or Consignee performance
