ISO offers out of the box dashboards for our Brokers core reporting needs

You can access these dashboards by going into Analytics via the ISO app, and then clicking the folder icon > Shared > All Brokers

Use the Carrier Utilization dashboard to identify your core carriers and learn how your fleet makeup compares with the rest of the ISO network.

Understand insights including Carrier Reuse, Utilization by Fleet Segmentation, Backhaul vs Headhaul and the relative performance based on your carrier utilization.

Understand how risky your network is in terms of exposure to any one carrier, customer, or region.

In addition, gain insight into how your network performs by carrier fleet size and volume buckets.

Use ISO to prepare for your next customer QBR. Select a customer as a filter and see how you perform by week, pickup and delivery locations, lanes, days of week, and lead time for that customer.

If a customer has a particular way that they calculate on-time pickup or delivery (e.g. to the half hour), you can select an On-Time Pickup Hour Threshold or On-Time Delivery Hour threshold and the on-time delivery metrics in the chart will reflect that threshold.

Understand where you are paying high levels of accessorials so you can build this in when pricing lanes with customers.

In addition, understand where you have high incremental bad bounce costs so you can consider finding new carriers or pricing these lanes higher.
