Scheduling

Within Production Analytic Dashboards you will have the ability to schedule email delivery for dashboards to any email address

To schedule a dashboard for delivery simply select the three dots at the top right of the dashboard and select schedule delivery to begin configuring the schedule and delivery settings

Delivery Schedule Settings

Default Settings

Schedule Name: Name of the dashboard

Recurrence/Time: Daily, 6 AM PST

Destination: Email

Format: PDF

    • Dashboards can be scheduled to be sent to multiple recipients. Simply enter all emails separated by a comma or by pressing enter after each email

Filters

Default Filters

The scheduled delivery filters will default to what you have the filter set to on the dashboard at the time of setting up the delivery schedule

Alerts

Within Production Analytics Dashboards you can set an alert for any tile/metric. Example, you can set an alert to trigger anytime the ISO score drops below 90

To Set an alert simply hover of the tile/metric you would like to alert on and select the alert icon (bell)

Alert Settings

Name

By Default, the name will be set based on the condition that is configured; however, the name can be customized to any text string

Condition

The condition that must be met in order to trigger the alert. Available conditions include:

  • Is greater than

  • Is less than

  • Is equal to

  • Is greater than or equal to

  • Is less than or equal to

Where to send it

Currently, Alerts can only be sent to specified emails. Simply enter all emails separated by a comma or by pressing enter after each email

Frequency

Alerts will always be sent based on PST timezone
