Using the Carriers Tab
Using the Carriers Tab
Updated over a year ago

The Carriers tab provides a detailed breakdown of KPI performance for all the carriers in your network. Your carriers are listed under the “Carrier” column on the left, and their performance is summarized in the corresponding row.

PLEASE NOTE: Universal filters you’ve selected in a given session in the ISO app will apply in each entity tab until you clear them. If you add a filter while in the Carriers tab, that filter will also apply across all other tabs.

Understanding the volume column

Volume refers to the number of loads that the carrier has handled for you in the selected date range. This gives you additional context to use when interpreting their performance. For example, an On-Time Delivery of 100% may be deceiving if a carrier only handled one load.

Sorting the Carriers tab report

The carriers tab will be sorted by highest volume by default, but you can click any KPI header to sort by that metric.

Understanding KPIs

KPIs that use abbreviations in the headers can be expanded by hovering over the “i” information icon next to the header. You can also scroll left to right to see additional metrics.
