If your company works with multiple shippers on ISO, you will want to ensure that you are only receiving exception and scorecard notifications for the shipper(s) you work with.

To update which shipper accounts will trigger notifications for you, navigate to Customers under Network Settings

Select the customers you want to receive notifications for, and then click Update at the bottom of the page. This will filter the entire app to show data for only the customer(s) you have selected.
