How to Filter Your Scorecard Data
How to Filter Your Scorecard Data
Updated over a year ago

You can apply and adjust global filters on any screen within the Scorecard module using the filter tab. If you are using a large enough screen, the filter menu will already be expanded. If not, click the “Filters” button to open the menu:

By default, the only filter applied at the beginning of a Scorecard session is Timeframe = Latest Week.

PLEASE NOTE: Your filter selections will apply throughout your session unless you clear them. So if you navigate to different tabs within the Scorecard module, or to different modules (Exceptions, Overview, Analytics) within the ISO application, your filters will still apply.

Once you select a filter, you will see that selection in a pill box above the entity tabs in the Scorecard module. You will also see the filter values tacked on to the URL in your browser bar.
