By default, when you navigate to the Scorecard module, you’ll land on the KPI overview tab for the shipper you’ve selected. The KPI overview tab is designed to provide you with an understanding of how you’re performing overall on each of the KPIs that partner tracks and the service-level agreements (SLAs) they’ve established with you.
You’ll also get a snapshot of your recent history with that shipper’s loads in the form of cards.
KPI cards
ISO Scorecards have three KPI cards available currently. Here is a summary of the data each of these cards displays.
Shipments
The Shipments card shows the total number of shipments that occurred within the date range selected, and breaks them down further based on whether they were contract or spot shipments.
Rebuttals breakdown
The Rebuttals card will show the total exceptions with that shipper for the selected date range, and will provide a breakdown of the resulting rebuttals (total, accepted, declined).
Top Exception Types
The Top Exception Types card shows the total volume of exceptions uncovered, and breaks them down by the types of exceptions you track with that shipper. The breakdown shows the volume of each type, as well as the percentage of total exceptions each type makes up.
PLEASE NOTE: You will only see a card if we have data available for that card type.

Key Performance Indicators table
The KPI table will summarize performance for each of the KPIs you’ve defined for your transportation network. The KPIs will be listed in each row under the KPI column, with performance metrics listed in each column to the right. KPI calculations are defined by shippers during the onboarding process.
Rank
The rank column contextualizes your performance on a given KPI against the rest of the shipper’s network. Rank can be displayed as a relative percentile value (e.g., Top 10% or Bottom 25%) or as an absolute ranking (e.g., 1, 2, 3, and so on).
Rank will display automatically if the shipper has configured that setting for their network.
Score
Score is the actual measure of your performance for each KPI.
WoW (Week over Week)
WoW displays how your performance for a given KPI is trending compared to the previous shipper week. If you have selected a timeframe of longer than a week, this will change to "Percent Change" and will measure the change from the beginning to end of that timeframe.
Threshold
Threshold shows your performance relative to the expectations you’ve set with that specific partner. The number represents how far above or below your pre-set targets you performed over that date range.
Each KPI has a target that the shipper has set for you, established during the onboarding process.
Performance Thresholds button
Click the “Performance Thresholds” to view the SLAs that shipper has established for your partnership. You can also see the history of changes to those SLA values by clicking "See History".
