Carriers have access to a Consignees tab, which provides a detailed breakdown of their KPI performance into the retailers their shippers work with. Consignees are listed under the “Consignee” column on the left, and performance is summarized in each column to the right.

PLEASE NOTE: Universal filters you’ve selected in a given session in the ISO app will apply in each entity tab until you clear them. Filters you apply while in the Consignees tab will also apply on other scorecard tabs.

The KPIs shown in the Consignee performance table will vary depending on the KPIs your shipper has configured for you.

Understanding the volume column

Volume refers to the number of loads you’ve handled into a retailer in the selected date range and for the applied filters.

Sorting the consignees report

The Consignees tab will be sorted by highest volume by default, but you can click any KPI header to sort by that metric.

Understanding KPIs

KPIs that use abbreviations in the headers can be expanded by hovering over the “i” information icon next to the header. You can also scroll left or right to see additional metrics that don’t fit on the initial screen.
