You can now export your Scorecard directly from the Scorecard itself. Each tab can be exported individually and will download as a csv. While the KPI tab will instantly download, all other tabs will take a few minutes and will be delivered via email for review.

You can download raw scorecard data to keep for your records or view outside of ISO. To download scorecard data, click on your username at the top right of the screen. Navigate to Company Data, select Exports, and then select the carrier and time frame of the data you would like to see. Once those are selected, click Export. Your exported data will be sent to the email associated with your ISO account.

The same action can be taken to download data for specific time frames for penalties, performance, and rebuttals.

Note: You may only download up to four weeks of data at a time. For example, to download data for an entire quarter of scorecards and exceptions, you would need to download three reports - one for each month in the quarter.
