How to Filter Your Scorecard Data
How to Filter Your Scorecard Data
Updated over 2 months ago

You can apply and adjust global filters on any screen within the Scorecard module using the filter tab. If you are using a large enough screen, the filter menu will already be expanded. If not, click the “Filters” button to open the menu:

PLEASE NOTE: Your filter selections will apply throughout your session unless you clear them. So if you navigate to different tabs within the Scorecard module, or to different modules (Exceptions, Overview, Analytics) within the ISO application, your filters will still apply when you return to your scorecards.

Once you select a filter, you will see that selection in a pill box above the entity tabs in the Scorecard module. You will also see the filter values tacked on to the URL in your browser bar.

We provide 4 preset date ranges for you to select from:

  • Latest Week - The most recent shipper week for which we have data

  • Previous Week - The week prior to the most recent shipper week for which we have data

  • Last 12 weeks - Will change “WoW” column in KPI table to “Percent Change”, which compares the last week of this period to the first week.

  • Year to date - Will change “WoW” column in KPI table to “Percent Change”, which compares the last week of this period to the first week of the year.

Save Filters

Filter Management

Our new filter management system simplifies workflows by allowing users to save, view, edit, and delete frequently used filters.

Creating a Saved Filter

  1. Apply Filters: First, apply the desired set of filters in the filter drawer.

  2. Save Applied Filters: Click "Save Applied Filters" at the top of the drawer.

  3. Set Permissions:

    • Choose "Only me" to make the filter private (visible only to you).

    • Choose "All team members" to share the filter with your organization.

  4. Name the Filter: Assign a unique name:

    • Names must be unique within My Filters or Shared Filters but can be duplicated across these sections.

  5. Optional: Mark the filter as a favorite by selecting "Mark as Favorite."

  6. Save: Click "Save" to create the filter.

Viewing and Applying Saved Filters

  • Access saved filters via the "Select a Saved Filter" dropdown at the top of the filter drawer.

  • Use the search bar to find filters by name.

  • View favorited filters by the filled star icon next to their names.

  • Identify filters as:

    • Private (Lock Icon): Only visible to you.

    • Shared (People Icon): Available to your organization, created by you or shared by others.

  • Selecting a filter automatically applies it to the Universal Score Card (USC).

Editing and Deleting Saved Filters

Edit and or delete saved filters via Manage Saved Filters

  • Editing:

    • Update the filter's visibility (private or shared).

    • Rename the filter.
