To view your scorecards, click on “Scorecard” in the main navigation bar at the top of the ISO app.
Doing so will bring you to your KPI overview scorecard by default. This tab is designed to provide you with an understanding of how your entire transportation network has performed over the past week against your custom KPIs.
To dig into specific entities, you’ll be able to filter your performance data or navigate to detailed entity views.
Viewing carrier scorecards
There are a couple of ways that you can navigate to a specific carrier’s scorecard:
Search for your carrier in the search bar in the main navigation at the top of the page. When you see your carrier, click to navigate directly to that carrier’s scorecard.
Filter for that carrier: When you’re in the Scorecard module, open the filter menu and find the Carrier field. You can type the name of the carrier into the field, or scroll down to find it in your list of carriers. When you apply the filter, all performance data in the module will now be filtered for that specific carrier.
