The Customers tab provides a detailed breakdown of KPI performance for your network’s performance into each of your retailers. Your customers are listed under the “Customer” column on the left, and their performance is summarized in the corresponding row.
PLEASE NOTE: Universal filters you’ve selected in a given session in the ISO app will apply in each entity tab until you clear them. If you add a filter while in the Customers tab, that filter will also apply across all other tabs.
The KPIs shown in the customer performance table will vary depending on the KPIs you’d like to see in your Scorecard. The KPIs that you see will vary depending on how you’ve configured your KPIs and scorecards during implementation. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.
Understanding the volume column
Volume refers to the number of loads that you’ve shipped into that customer in the selected date range. This gives you additional context to use when interpreting their performance. For example, an On-Time Delivery of 100% may be deceiving if you only shipped one load.
Sorting the Customers tab report
The carriers tab will be sorted by highest volume by default, but you can click any KPI header to sort by that metric.
Understanding KPIs
KPIs that use abbreviations in the headers can be expanded by hovering over the “i” information icon next to the header. You can also scroll left to right to see additional metrics.
