Using the Facilities tab
Updated over a year ago

The Facilities tab provides a detailed breakdown of your transportation performance into and out of every facility. Facilities are listed by street address, and their performance is summarized by each of your custom KPIs in the corresponding row.

PLEASE NOTE: Universal filters you’ve selected in a given session in the ISO app will apply in each entity tab until you clear them. If you add a filter while in the Lanes tab, that filter will also apply across all other tabs.

The KPIs that you see will vary depending on how you’ve configured your KPIs and scorecards during implementation. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.

Toggling by inbound and outbound facilities

You have the ability to view all facilities, or select only inbound and outbound facilities depending on whether you're analyzing transportation performance out of your facilities, or into your customers' facilities.

To toggle by facility type, check or uncheck the boxes listed above the KPI table. The "In/Out" column will reflect the facility type(s) currently selected. Both inbound and outbound facilities will appear in the table by default.

PRO TIP: To evaluate your network's performance into a specific customer, open the filters tab on the left side of the Scorecard and apply the customer filter. When you select the "Inbound" checkbox, you'll see how your network handles drop-offs at only one customer's facilities.

Understanding the volume column

Volume refers to the number of loads that you’ve shipped into/out of each facility during the selected date range. This gives you additional context to use when interpreting their performance. For example, an On-Time Delivery of 100% may be deceiving if you only shipped one load.

Sorting the Facilities tab report

The facilities tab will be sorted by highest volume by default, but you can click any KPI header to sort by that metric.
