All ISO exceptions follow the same lifecycle, starting with them being shared with your carriers and ending with the exception getting resolved. Below are the exceptions statutes you can expect to find in ISO.
Tab Descriptions
New
New exceptions to be actioned by assigning, sending to the carrier, or forgiving.
Learn how to take action on exceptions here.
Carrier Review
All exceptions currently assigned to your carriers for review. This is what your carriers are seeing on their end to take action on.
Shipper Review
Any exceptions that a carrier has challenged and any that are assigned to any user from your organization. These exceptions must be actioned by you or your team.
Assigned
A member of your organization has assigned exceptions specifically to you for review. You will only see exceptions assigned to you in this tab.
Resolved
You and the carrier have agreed on a reason for the exception and no further action needs to be taken. Either you have forgiven the exception or you have accepted a challenge from a carrier. Any expired/un-actioned exceptions at the end of the week will also appear in this tab. You can navigate here to see all the exceptions your organization has ever received.
