Key Performance Indicator Panels at the top of the screen represent the various KPIs that your company has selected to prioritize. Operational Efficiency Heat Map shows the concentration of ISO exceptions within your network.

Carrier / Customer Leaderboard represents your top performing carriers &amp; customers in your network with view options for both the past week &amp; past 4 weeks.
