The Overview page is your default landing page. Clicking on this tab will bring you back to the Overview page.

This tab will take you to the Exceptions page, where you can review and take action on shipment exceptions.

Selecting the Scorecard tab will navigate you to the KPI overview scorecard by default. This tab is designed to provide you with an understanding of how your entire transportation network has performed over the past week against your custom KPIs. You’ll see three options in the dropdown - Dashboard, Explore, and Explore-Lite. Clicking “Dashboard” will take you to your primary dashboard. For more information on Analytics please view the Analytics Knowledge Base articles

Use the search bar to locate your individual carrier scorecards by searching for the carrier name, SCAC, or MC#. (You can also access a specific carrier scorecard from the “Carrier” list view in “Network Settings”.) Search can also be used to search for tenders, shipments, orders, or facilities.

Notifications can be viewed via the bell icon in the top right, to the left of your name. Notifications will populate based on the rules set in Settings. You will be notified when new exceptions are shared, when you are mentioned in a comment (@Name), when you are assigned an exception, and for any action taken on shipments for which you are subscribed.

Clicking on your Name and Company in the upper right corner will allow you to access Settings and Support, as well as Sign Out of ISO.*
