When invited to ISO you will receive an email from “Team ISO” informing you that you’ve been invited to join your organization on ISO. To claim your ISO account and set a password, click on “Claim your ISO account.”

When you click the “Claim your ISO account” button, you will be redirected to ISO and prompted to set your password to claim your account.
